Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We ship within the UK using a standard next day courier. The price for this will be calculated when placing an order online or by your sales representative for custom made orders. 

International deliveries will be calculated by your sales representative.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to info@carbadgeuk.co.uk with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in this email.

If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is typically around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be prior to receiving any individual order. The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below.

If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods to you, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section below.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke orders are non refundable from the point of order, however please see our returns section below if you have a problem with your order.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your goods are faulty please contact us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@carbadgeuk.co.uk.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Customised Orders (if applicable)

Customised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless items are faulty or incorrectly made. If your order is faulty or incorrectly made please contact your sales representative to let them know.

If we agree your order is wrong then the normal replacement or refund procedures will apply.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@carbadgeuk.co.uk and send your item to: Car Badge UK, The Apex, 2 Sheriffs Orchard, Coventry, CV1 3PP.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Car Badge UK, The Apex, 2 Sheriffs Orchard, Coventry, CV1 3PP.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless stated otherwise.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £25.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
