Step 1 - Quote
The first step involves us confirming prices based on the product you are looking to have made. We have a range of options so it's important to dicuss your requirements with us so that we can offer you the best advice and end product.
Step 2 - Pre-Production Visual
Want to proceed further? Let us produce a pre-production visual of your product. We use all the latest software to do an accurate drawing of what we propose to produce for you. We can do this from an existing badge, a photo, artwork, a sketch or even just an idea in your head.
Step 3 - Approval
Happy with your quote and visual? Drop us an email to confirm in writing that you want to proceed. We will raise all the relevant documents to get the order signed off and put straight into production.
Step 4 - Production
During this process, your product will go through over 30 manual procedures by hand. Our skilled team will create tooling, followed by stampings or castings. They will then be enamelled, polished and plated. Everything is done by our skilled British team to create the product you have been looking for.
Step 5 - Delivery
Prior to delivery, your order will go through quality control to make sure everything has been made to the standard we expect here at Car Badge UK. We will then use a reputable courier to have them hand delivered to your door, using a next day delivery service.
